Sheridan Consulting Group has been engaged by Transport for NSW to develop a strategy and framework in relation to recommendations for the Executive Major Incident Management Procedure. The framework will provide policy and procedural guidance in addressing strategic, operational and tactical functions, governance and systems, training and reporting.
