Craig Sheridan APM conducts CT response training for Ardent Leisure at their Skypoint attraction. Key learnings in this training will arm staff with the knowledge and confidence to effectively respond to an incident. During the session staff have an opportunity to participate in a number of tabletop exercises to test their knowledge and work as a team, confirming roles and responsibilities for effective response.
